We currently ship within New Zealand and Australia only.

Tracking details will be provided upon dispatch.

You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. We are not liable for lost or delayed parcels due to incorrect details.

 

6. Refunds & Returns

Due to the exclusive nature of our collections, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a genuine fault with the product.

If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival:

• Include a clear description and photographs

• If approved, we will replace the item (if stock is available) or offer a refund
